Spain’s Fruita Blanch preserves are made with fruit in a proportion that varies between 60% and 70%, an amount higher than the long jams of consumer goods. In contrast, the proportion of sugar is low and never exceeds 30% or 40%. Believe it or not, nothing more is added.

According to their site, the Fruit Blanch way of making preserves is the same way as their grandparents made. Their range comes in interesting flavors including tomato, onion on the savory side and white pear and golden apple on the sweet.
The collection, in addition to the jams, includes, juices, whole fruit preserves. The beautiful design of their brand identity is created by Barcelona firm Atipus and adds one more delicious element to each spoon.
