Created by Le Sanctuaire’s Jing Tio Library of Spices sets out a “comprehensive categorization system organized into seven groups based on the intrinsic characteristics of each spice, inviting you to expand your palette.”
The collection invites you in to explore test and try spices you may have never heard of and or perhaps have tasted but did not know the name. The packaging is a virtual Dewey decimal system of Tio’s travels and explorations in spices around the world.
Their motto: “We are very serious, if not extreme, about herbs and spices.” is no joke but gives an opportunity to the even the novice chef or taste-bud to be innovative and try new things.
